Poly fiber mech applied on and into the foundation coating to reinforce the waterproofing layer and improve the crack resistance.

Parging Mix

Parging the foundation restores the wall and makes the surface smooth and ready for the waterproofing coating application.

“Aqua-Bloc”

Aqua-Bloc is rubberized foundation coating which waterproofs the foundation with a 1/4 inch thick rubber layer.

“Delta-MS” Membrane

Membrane (plastic dimple board) is the final layer of waterproofing, designed to protect the foundation and coating from mechanical forces of soil, water and temperature.

Weeping Tile

Perforated, corrugated 4-inch plastic pipe in filter cloth. Located at the bottom of the foundation. Collects, infiltrates the water and directs it to the drainage source.
